Dude Ranch access ramp dock in?

Anyone know if the dock in in at the Dude Ranch access? I'm planning on bringing my dad down there from Mitchell on Sat. I know there's a tounament going on out of Cedar Shores so I thought I would try and stay away from all the action, but I don't want to try and get mt dad in the boat if there's no dock.
