deck feeder??

i am looking for a bird feeder to mount on the top railing of my deck. i have a horizontal(flat) 2x6 as the top rail. the feeder i'm looking for would mount onto the rail with a c-type clamp that could be attached with a thumb screw from underneath the rail. i'm trying to avoid drilling into the deck wood if at all possible. i've seen these before but now that i'm looking for one, i can't seem to find one. actually, what i'm probably looking for is a small hook that i could mount that way. i know i've seen them before for hanging plants or feeders. i've tried the obvious: menards, home depot, wal-mart. i did find one in the local wild bird store but they wanted $35 for it---too much! it was a single hook that mounted with the c-clamp and thumbscrew and you could hang a feeder or plant from the hook. any help would be appreciated.

If you ever get by a L&M they have them and I know that I did not pay that much.Maybe 10 to 15 dollars.The closest store for you would be Bemidji or Grand Rapids,Park Rapids so if you are on a road trip take a look.
