I live in the St.paul area, and i can never find smelt in stores or bait shops. anyone know where a good place is to buy it?

what is your way of rigging a tip-up with smelt- D-man or anyone else

When i was chasing pike in the day. I always went with a quick-strike rig on a windlass tip-up. Or just lay it hang on a quick-strike rig. If your heading to Vados, see mike, hes a pike master that can hook you up.
