I brought the spinner making "stuff" outta the closet and it is time to start thinking spring. Time to get the rods and reals ready before "da wife" finds other things for me to do. It won't be long. grin.gif

I'm with you there.

I'm so ready to start fishing this year / getting the boat out / etc.

I'm about 75% ready to go : ) Will be 100% after this weekend.

But I am excited about getting out.

I took a year off fishing last year because I bought my first house and had just way to much to do on my weekends to get out.

Not this year though smile.gif

I hear you there Waskawood!!! I am upgrading a lot of stuff on my boat this year so I can't wait till the snow melts so I can pull it out of storage. Got a new MinnKota, graph, keelshield and jackplate to install. I have been getting my reels respooled with new line and cleaning out the tackle boxes.

I am gonna have to get out ice fishing a couple more times before I start on the boat though. Heard the crappies are going on Waska.

I'm there with you guys. I took the rods out of the garage yesterday and brought them all in the house. I'll be re-spooling while I watch the college basketball tournament. I'll be bringing the boat out of storage this weekend.

53 days 5 hours 30 minutes until the walleye opener!!! (Unless of course you're fishing on the river)
