creepenstein - opinions

I was checking them out at the expo, and I really like throwing creeper baits and was wondering if anyone has had any luck on them...pricey little lures. The guy did say he could make me a custom color for only a couple bucks more.

The Creepensteins are nice. There is a new creeper out this year that is very similar and I think has better construction other than the split rings, don't know why but he used cheap ones on the Creepenspitz and uses wolverines on his gliders. I bought mine at Reeds, but I believe that Rollie and Helens has them also. I have both, paid the same for both and just felt that the creepenspitz is a little nicer. If you do buy a creepenstein get a bride of creepenstein IMO it makes more noise then the big one.

I have only used the bride of creepinstein myself. It moves alot of water and makes alot of noise, seems to really make the fish mad. would think the creepinstein would do the same.
