Apparently the guy doesn't appreciate that in the Land of 10,000 lakes, fishing is the primary draw for many state parks. In these cases, eliminating fishing in state parks would eliminate THE PARKS, as opposed to relieving "the pressure of encroachment, underfunding, overcrowding, and pollution.
