I read in the paper yesterday that Clear Channel has had talk's with people and are going to be broadcasting 30 of the race's this year.

They will be doing it on 107.9 FM.

This is great news for me on alot of those nice summer Sundays I'm outside and I've always been on the am dail going through ever channel to find the race and now we know where it is and it's even on a FM station.

I hope you all have a great weekend in whatever it is you find yourself doing as for me I'm off to work.

That is great news! I've been complaining to myself why there aren't any stations in the Twin Cities area that cover the races. I heard that 880 AM was supposed to have races but couldn't find anything on there. I've even tuned in 550 AM out of Bismarck, ND to listen once in a while, but I can only get that in my truck on a good day.

One Sunday a few years ago I was driving through Wisconsin and it was hard to find a channel that wasn't broadcasting the race. They have their priorities straight over there!

Its about time. Unless your way up north it was almost impossible to hear a race on the lake.
