Just got off the phone with a very nice lady at Strikemaster. I called asking about a cutting problem with my 9" ultra mag (3 blade). She informed me that they had problems with that blade system and were willing to send me a complete new auger (no motor) at NO CHARGE! I've had this unit for about 4 or 5 years and drilled hundreds of holes yet they still are willing to stand behind their product.
This company really knows the meaning of "customer service".
