You have done very good here Steve!! I especially like the "canvas like" background and the exposure and details are perfect. I wish we had those birds down here in the cities.

Thanks guys. It was the Canon 1D Mark2n and Canon 400 f2.8L (non IS) and Canon 1.4 TC shot off a monster Gitzo tripod and Studioball head. Gotta be a big tripod, since the lens weighs about 12 lbs.

These were shot at f4. The lens opens to f2.8, as mentioned, but adding the 1.4 TC takes away one stop. Iso was 200, but I'd have to go back in my files for shutter speed, because I didn't write that down.
