There is a file being presented at the state legislature this winter to make wireless remote controlled predator callers legal to use for coyote hunting.

Currently, all wireless remote controlled callers (from foxpro and minaska all the way down to a cass creek) are illegal. There is a loop hole in the "using radio equipment" regulation, but this senate file if passed by both the house and senate will eliminate that loop hole by making wireless remote callers legal for coyote hunting.
