Christopher Quast
thanks for all your help on my heater problem i ended calling a couple gas companies and they told me that sometimes the newer tanks have very sensitive check-safety valve in them and this was a swap tank so i just returned it to the store and had my tank refilled and brought my regulator indoors for 2hrs and hooked it all up and she took right off here's the deal according to the gas guys this is the order you r suppose to use for hooking up new tank 1.make sure heater controls r turned off2.swap tanks 3.turn valve open real slow and then rest of way4.give line a couple of minutes to pressurize5.turn heater control on and light6.he also told me that if u have a bad valve turn heater off and then tank and let sit for a while and then repeat process this can happen very easily if u run tank completely empty and line will vaporlock.
