quetico park fishing

Has anyone fished Quetico or Cirrus Lake in the spring? We are planning a trip this May and are having trouble finding info on the lakes up there. We plan on doing more fishing than canoeing so we don't want to go to far into the park. Any information would be very much appreciated.

Maybe ask again in the Ely/BWCA forums. Those Ely guys know the Quetico pretty well.
