Console Addition to a 1750 Fishhawk

Has anyone ever added a console to a 1750 fish hawk to make it a dual?

Val, do you have any crestliner, passenger side consoles for a 1750 fish hawk with tan interior?

I do have one but it's not in great shape, you will ahve to fix it up, $ 40.00 and it's yours, it came off my 2000 1750 full windshield.

But I DO have new plexy windshields, check with me before buying them from dealer

I added one to my 2005. I did not mount it tight to the side of the boat, I mounted it about 4 inches away from the side. That way I can lay long rods down between the port console and the side of the boat. I can still get in the compartment between the consoles also.

Thanks guys. kjgmh, did you have to fabricate mounting hardware to keep it away from the side? I like that idea. Also, did you buy yours new or find a used console? My biggest concern was that the second console would interfere with the rod locker. Are the boats layed-out the same (tiller, side console, dual console) for the same model and year?

Val, the console you have, does it just need a new windshield? I might have to stop by and take a look.

I got a new one, nothing special to mounting it, just some bolts throught the floor, it does not interfere with the rod locker.
