Original 1 Man Fish Trap

I have one of the early model single man fish traps, and I absolutely love it. I have a tear in the front and am debating to put a zippered door in. Have any of you who own one of these done this? It would be nice to be "sealed up" and still be able to step outside of the house. Those of you who have one know what I mean.

I am interested as to what people think.

That's the exact same reason I sold mine to get a new two person one with a zipper. Just wasn't cost effect to get a zipper put in. If I remember correctly it may have been around $100.

You could take the measurements then go to clamcorp site and see if one of the newer canves will fit..

I have an old Snoboat tub and poles, which was bought out by Clam and the name changed to the Fish Trap Guide. I have the "new" blue tarp with two doors, and it fits perfectly. I'm guessing that the new tarps will fit your old one man also. I personally use the doors all the time. It's nice to bank your house in, yet still get outside.
