I am so very sorry to hear this and so sorry for the loss of Chamois. She was beautiful companion. We will always miss the dogs we have lost. Unfortunately we lost both of our dogs just 6 days apart in November. -

My second year(no longer in warranty)with this heater, love it has always worked great. This winter I cannot get it started. When I release the starter button it kicks out right away. All connections, electrical and gas are clean and secure. Any thoughts folks? Thank you, Terry
