This fish house was custom built in 2004 with style and comfort in mind. It features red velvet cushions, 8 holes, forced air heat, CD / MP3 player, 4 burner cooktop, coat closet, recessed lighting, tv antenna, 12v and 110v hookups, and lockable propane storage. There is a convertable queen size bunk in the front, with room for 2 to 3 cots in the rear.

Towing is excellent with an air ride suspension and lift making it perfect for weekend getaways.

What are the dimentions?

The inside of the house is 18' x 7' and add 6" for the outside. There is 6' 6" of headroom in the center and 5' 10" at the sides. Outside of the wheels is 8' and on overall length of 20'.

Does it have a forced air furnance in it? What kind of heat?

The heating system is forced air. It is a 20'000 btu vented furnace with three registers.

Does this house go down to the ice. Do you have hydraulics on it? I dont see any cranks or piviot points by the wheels?
