I posted this is the Ice fishing forum but figured this may be the more appropriate place...
I have a Williams direct vent heater in my permanent fish house with a thermostat on the wall which I don't think is working properly. The heater either has to be on pilot or run, nothing in between. My guess is that the thermostat is bad. Is there any way to test this without installing a new one? Could the problem be in the heater? Also, this is a Millivolt type of control. I have heard that with a Millivot system that elctricity is not needed. Is this correct?
I am so very sorry to hear this and so sorry for the loss of Chamois. She was beautiful companion.
We will always miss the dogs we have lost. Unfortunately we lost both of our dogs just 6 days apart in November.
