Geese are everywhere in the north metro. They are feeding at night around here

The fields are packed during the evening, but when you go out in the morning they all fly to the lakes and ponds near by. We only use about 75 decoys of all sorts. What is needed is about 200 to pull them away from the water herd. The ducks are sparse.

Ron.. I cant really say much online here... ducks arent sparse if you know where they are at. Sometimes you forget to look out your back door when you look everywhere else with high expectations!

plase call me Ron, I cant discuss any locations online. One reason being, is I dont want to compete with 10 extra people who want to get their boat out the last weekend.

I decided to just hunt locally with one of my sons friends. Lots of geese flying and a few buffle heads. Beautiful last hunt of the year.
