i bought a new pair of midland radios to keep track of the older hunters in my group. as you never know when they are goig to need help with the age thing and there health i thought that this would be a good way of keeping an eye on them. does anybody know what the vox setting is for??

The vox is a voice actiation. If you have the earset plugged in and turn the vox on all you have to do is talk and it will automatically key up. I have new midlands myself and have tried it and I myself don't really care for it.
