Muzzleloader Question

I recently purchased a Winchester APEX, .50 caliber muzzleloader, used, that has only been shot several times. When the rear block is up and in the firing position there is some play in the trigger guard. When it is fired the rear block and trigger guard kick down and open. Any ideas what may be causing this and how to correct it? Thanks.

Have you tried calling Winchester Muzzleloading to see what they say. It sounds like something is loose. I have the same gun and it has been good for the money for me.

take it into a gun place and see if a screw is lose. Might be something small :S
