Gas Lines

Ice Yet

I need to run gas line for my permanant and the eresort said to run them on the outside of the house, but it seems like everybody else has them running inside? Do you know why it would make a difference? Thanks

Every manufactured house I have seen has copper on the inside and a regulator hose on the outside. I just follow the example I have seen manufactures set. Eventually the lines have to go inside. I have them inside my home as well so I can't be wrong.

Good Luck!

The resort might be thinking that you want to keep the inside of your fishhouse a little cleaner looking. That's the only reason I can think of for running them on the outside. Personally, I'd run them on the inside. Not as likely to have someone try to rip off the copper for recycling. Just mount the copper lines in a place that's not easy to damage them. Also, use flare fittings, not compression.
