Here's my new tool for the winter .

Just picked this up new today. Waiting for a hitch to come in so I can pull the Otter if the ATV's not available.

It's a 2006 Polaris 500 XCSP.

I am really anxious for winter now, Ice Fishing, ATVing, Snowmobiling. What a great state we live in.

Congratulations on the new sled. If you are like me, I bet you could hardly get any sleep the night before picking it up.

I just hope we can break this trend of minimal snowfalls that we have been in for the last 8 or so years.

Very nice ride. Talk to your dealer about a clutching and gearing change to help you tow better. I have and XC 700 and I made a clutching and gearing change that made a significant difference in the way it tows a heavy load, especially in deep or wet sticky snow. These machines are set up for trail riding. Just a tip. Have fun this winter.

Thanks for the tips guys, this is my first sled. Looking forward to getting on the ice, hopefully can meet up with some FM'ers and catch some fish and learn some tips.
