Hey crusher,

I haven't brewed beer for a couple of years now but I always bought the pre-packed kits from the brew store, I've tried everything from light ales to one that was called "breakfast stout", if you like Guinness, it was almost identical. I have however gotten into making wine, and I don't mind saying I make some pretty good wine. I'm mostly into Merlot or some of the other full bodied dry reds. I have also made hard apple cider, wow was that stuff kick a--!!
