Am looking some good main course recipes for camping. mainly heat source and cooking time,looking at cooking a roast or something that will feed 4 people.

I'm a hige fan of dutch over cooking and love preparing meals this way.

I watch a couple shows on RFDTV called "Campfire Cafe" and "Dutch Oven & Camp Cooking".

I'm not sure of the latter, but go this HSOforum for some good information and recipes. I've tried a few and haven't been disappointed yet.
