fish-cakes from suckers?

was planning on doing a little bow-fishing for suckers this spring and was wondering if anyone knew of any good fish-cake recipes, cuz i dont have access to a smoker and dont want to waste them.

My family has with whitefish,smelt,rock bass,so i'm sure sucker should be good too.You could always tweek the seasonings too your liking.
