BLACKJACK Posted February 19, 2004 Share Posted February 19, 2004 Whats your favorate dry, shake-on seasoning when you grill venison or beef steak? I like the Montreal seasonings (be gentle, it gets strong). Have tried PS Seasoning Venison seasoning, which is ok. Tried Lemon pepper, not really the best. One time was having steak and eggs up in Blackduck, the guy had a seasoning on the steak that I liked, it was kind of lemony, but it wasn't Lemon Pepper, wish I would have asked him what it was.... Nice thing about this is that it comes in a big sealable bag. Drop the venison steaks in the bag, seal it and put in the fridge..Muskieguy...
