I've gotten into some catfish this winter and boy are they good! CrappieMagnet gave me a recipe that I tried tonight and it was awesome!

Anyone else dabble with the cats on the table?

Awwhh man! I just got done with a catfish fry about 20 minutes ago, I would have tried that one. Oh well, looks like I'll have to eat some more catfish
