Chili

Heading out for our annual fishing trip, and I would like to find a recipe that will knock the guys socks off. A little spicy is always good. Thanks for the help!

I've tried this recipe from Backwater Ed. I've toned it down a bit but it has been very popular with my camping buddies. If you want you could add beans. But it really wouldn't be texas chili then. I substituted ground venson and venison steak for the buffalo and beef steak.
