Twitter Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 Flank steak works great.....but it's gotten expensive since stir frying became popular.Sirloin works and tastes good too if you can find it on sale.Basically, any cut of meat will work as long you cut your pieces with the grain versus across the grain.
