Last night in the rain I caught this channel

I caught it on a very large sucker. I cut the head off and then cut it in half length wise down the spine. 10/0 gami hook and hooked it on the head side about an inch down through the bones.

Probly how must hook them. He slammed it hard, no playing around.

So it was a good weekend for me. First Channel Cat and first Sturgeon.
