caryover pricing /thoughts?

What would be a fair offer on an 04 cat 400 tbx auto? no winch, some sun fadeing visible, few miles, 2 yr warranty, its from a dealer. anything I should be concerned about mechanically?

Well, there is a dealer ad in the Star Tribune today with 2006 Arctic Cat 400 4x4s for $4399. I can't say I've ever seen them that cheap before. You could probably use that as a rough guideline to what you would pay for that machine.
