Jim W
MMMMMMMMMMM!On a cookie sheet, take your perch filets and lightly(I stress lightly) coat them with Mayonaise.Lightly sprinkle fresh basil on the coated filets, then simply cover them with shredded Parmesan Cheese(not the can stuff people).Broil for 8-10 minutes!! SHould be done when cheese has turned golden brown!Yummmmmmy!Enjoy!(recipe from M. C.)

Guest
That Sounds great!I often do a Nuke-a-perch trick, a heart smart kinda meal.Lay 6 fillets in a star on a plate and hit them with a light coating of butter or marg and a dose of lemon pepper. Pop in the Nuke and cook for 1 min 30 sec +/-. You get a basic pouched perch and goes well with some leftover mixed vegies, or rice.------------------Ed "Backwater Eddy" Carlson..><sUMo>Backwater Guiding"Ed on the RED"(701)-281-2300[email protected]http://ed-carlson.fishingbuddy.com[This message has been edited by Backwater Eddy (edited 12-30-2002).]
