Spread in bottom of crustIn a blender, blend 1 cup sliced peaches, ¾ cup sugar, ¾ cup orange juice and ¼ cup cornstarch. Pour into a saucepan and stir over med-high heat to a boilSimmer for 4 minutes.Remove from heat and stir in ¼ cup lemon juiceAdd 5 ½ cups of sliced peaches to hot glaze and toss.Let cool until tepid and pour over the cream cheese.Chill uncovered for 3 hoursBon Appetit!------------------Phyl Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
