Press lake

I was wondering if anyone has been up to press lake.

I was there a few years back but I did have a couple buddies return from Press last week. They said the water level is way down but the fishing was good. Lots of walleyes but not much for size. I believe there were 12 people in the group and the biggest walleye only went 21". They caught most of the fish jigging. They also got a few northern with the biggest about 9 pounds.

That northern sound real nice. I liked the water level higher so you could get threw the narrows a lot easier. One of the guys I went with caught a huge northern off the dock. Last year he threw it out over night and in the morning the pole was gone but the bobber he got. It was a really nice pole to.
