smallies24
I recently pulled few nice channel catfish through the ice, but have never cooked any catfish before. I would really appreciate it if I could get a few good ideas to try out.
Guest
Fried is okay, baked or broiled even better, but my favorite is definitely on the grill. Simply dip the fillets in a mixture of melted butter w/lemon juice, lay them on the grille and season with lemon pepper & black pepper (a bit of cayenne if you have the notion). Don't turn the fillets...when they turn white on top...they are done. It will only take about 1 beer's time for them to finish up. Don't forget some grilled onions on the side, and maybe some hash browns, too!Enjoy!FLB
