I Hate Onions _ Help Me!

Hi KGM: Sorry you will not convice me to like onions I can't stand them and they hate me. But I love mushrooms! I use them in lots of stuff. I agree with you on the green peppers - and it is not even because of too much beer. Just don't like them, but I do like red and yellow ones.

I hate onion, too. Whenever my wife cooks, I make sure that she cuts me a portion before adding the onions. Whenever I cook, she knows there's no onion.

Contrary to popular belief, onion does not belong on every dish and most dish will taste better without onion. Onion kills the natural taste of other foods.

Hi BassHunter: My sentiments exactly! I have an edge on you though - I do the cooking - if he wants onions he has to eat out!

Ok, for the onion lover out there...

Fried onions in butter and a little beer, a few good seasonings....

Smother over buttered english bread toasted.

Crack a beer, and happy hour starts in earnest.

They are a staple at my fish camp.

Life is good... enjoy it!
