Fish Patties

Hey all,
If you've ever been out, and the walleye fishing is kinda slow, and all you can seem to muster up is hammer handle northerns, check this out. Keep some, fillet them up, leave the y-bones right in 'em. Cut them in strips, and run them through your hand crank grinder with some fresh onion. Add some bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs, a dollop of sour cream, form patties, and pan fry in butter until golden brown. MMMMMM, good. Had some Sat. afternoon. Oh yeah, caught a couple twenty inch eyes too. What fun, 17th of Nov., 65 degrees, what a great day.

Hey Lundman - I was depressed enough about putting my boat away so early and now you are rubbing it in! HA Wish I was out there, but sounds like weather is changing this weekend.
