Guest Posted May 16, 2001 Share Posted May 16, 2001 TRY HALF PANCAKE HALF FLOUR AND ADD BEER UNTIL BATTER IS RUNNY DEEP FRY OR PANFRY WITH LOTS OF OIL.ALSO TRY MICROWAVE METHOD IN MY OTHER POST. Guest Posted May 16, 2001 Share Posted May 16, 2001 A RECIPE I'VE USED FOR SALMON THAT IS VERY GOOD AND COULD BE USED WITH OTHER FISH FOLLOWS.BAKED SALMON2# SALMON FILLET (OR ANY OTHER SPECIES?)1/2C MELTED BUTTER1/4C LEMON JUICE1T PARSLEY FLAKES1/8t PAPRIKASCORE SALMON, PLACE ON SPRAYED COOKIE SHEET SKIN SIDE DOWN.COMBINE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.BRUSH LIBERALLY WITH BUTTER. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR APP. 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL FISH FLAKES EASILY.DO NOT OVER COOK!! HALF WAY THRU COOKING BRUSH AGAIN AND ALSO IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SERVING. THIS ENTREE IS GREAT WITH FRESH BREAD,STEAMED REDSKIN POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS. ENJOY! LET ME KNOW WHAT SPECIES YOU TRY. AND HOW THEY WORKED OUT.
