delmuts Posted September 3, 2000 Share Posted September 3, 2000 johann. the fish have to be dried off with paper towel for the coating to stick. also you can buy a seasoned coating mix in the groc. store for fish and chicken. i still add cajun and course ground black pepper (more flavor than reg) to the mix. i use this for all my meats. i use n/a beer (that's what i drink). saves the headaches from sipping to much while cooking. del Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
