Orange Ya Glad It's Italian Walleye

Hey gang,
I dreamed up a new one and it was easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
2 flat slices of orange with peel still on.
2 Walleye Fillets
1 TBSP Butter
Dash of Italian seasoning

Place walleye fillets on tin foil, spread butter on fillets, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, add two orange slices on top, seal tin foil and place in cake pan.

Put cake pan in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Quick, easy, and tasty. Nothing like a little change of pace from those excellant fried walleye fillets.
