Terry Hagstrom Posted May 19, 2000 Share Posted May 19, 2000 Everybody has had a greasy shore lunch so to avoid this I do the following and find the clients love it.Start a fire and place grate over it.Slip walleye fillets into a foil cooking bag. I prepare this part at Home: 1 1 /2 cups of Italian dressing, sliced grreen and red bell peppers, onions (red), mushrooms and just about any other vegetable you want. combine this into a sealed container. pour it into the sealable foil bag and place on the grate over the hot coals. flip after about 3-4 minutes and go for another 3-4 minutes. Prior to starting this I start frying taters with diced onions, butter and some oil. time it so everything done at the same time and ENJOY!
