Skeets
Any good recepies for prepairing Trout?I usually do them on the grill, seasoning accordingly. I have tried baking them in the oven, but they are better tasteing when done on the gas grill. If anyone has other methods, pass them on!Thanks,Skeets
Guest
Howdy Skeets My wife takes a sheet of aluminium foil places trout on one side, seasons it with salt, pepper, and garlic (we put garlic on everything) places a couple tabs butter on top and covers the fish with lemon slices. Toss on some fresh parsley and fold over the foil folding around the edges to make a airtight foil pocket. For a complete meal at camp you can add sweet peppers, zucchini, corn, broccoli, onions, whatever veggies you have. Place sealed foil on grill and yum. Easy clean-up to. You'll have to experiment with cooking times but it doesn't take long steaming in the sealed foil. Johann
