Anybody use the Scotty Anchor Lock? Recommendations or other options to use with a 10-15 lb. anchor?

I would like find a simple, easy way to control the anchor from the back of the boat when fishing solo but not interested in the Minnkota deckhand or the Anchor Mate.

Sounds to me like you just want to extend the anchor rope to the back and don't like the Anchor Mate winch system. With a small anchor like that, perhaps a series of small horizontally mounted pulleys along or near the gunwale would do, with a cleat near the back seat to secure the rope to. If pulleys don't appeal, think about capturing the line in a plastic tube mounted along the gunwale instead. But I can't see doing anything without a larger bow sprit pulley somehow incorporated into the system. Just my humble $0.02, hope you can find something that works.
