any news on class action against Merc?

Has anyone heard any info on the class action suit against Merc for the 2000-2001 Optimaxs? I am the proud owner of one of these gems but have not heard the outcome of this yet. Any updates would be appreciated.

The suit was started by someone in Florida I think. I'm not 100% possitive on the years included or the horse powers includedbut it sounded like there was supposed to be a court date set for the end of September. The letter that was sent out by Merc earlier this summer said they (Merc) were going to be giving exted warranties to these owners in addition to refunding money paid for service among other things. I wonder if they're going to compensate me for it being in the shop one week out of every month? Probably not.
