Chetek Chain Bass??????

Can anyone tell me what the bite is like on the Chetek Chain for bass? I have a weekend outing up there on June 24-25 and am wondering what the pattern will be? I was up there 2 weeks ago and did EXTREMELY poor, only catching 8 short fish all day. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Head up to Red Cedar, we caught nothing short of 14" smallies last weekend, walleye fishing. There was a fishing tournament there saturday and they were catching hogs, biggest fish was a 4.5 pound smallmouth......
