In Minnesota you can cull fish up to your limit.

Once you have a limit your supposed to be done fishing and your done with legal culling.

That's why tournaments weigh 5 bass because they can't cull anymore if they put a sixth fish in the livewell.

All 16 guys in our club caught 5 fish limits in our tourney last weekend. I hope this weekend is as good.
