Bird Flu Study

Is it true that the Game and Fish is doing a bird flu study this year on the waterfowl and upland game? This is what a guy was telling me and I said I had not heard anything like that.

After checking a fwew things I see what they are going to do is starting this fall they will have a ongoing surveillance program to detect HPA1 or H5N1 in wild birds.
