I have a 1986 Ford F150 4X4 Ranger Edition with camper package. Truck is a reg. cab long box with an aluminum topper and bedliner. Has 143,XXX miles. Mechanicals are solid as a rock. 5.0L V-8 is very strong, auto transmission and 4wd work great. Averaged 16mpg on recent trip to Hinkley. Great runner. Body is in good shape.

Great truck for work, farm, hunting or for parts for your V-8 conversion.

Truck has new tabs in April, new battery, new plugs and new dist. cap.

Asking $1800 OBO email [email protected] or contact Andy @ 952-994-5476

Pics available. I bought this truck last fall from a fellow FM'r but we're buying a house and I'll need the extra cash. This truck is ready for everyday use or as your new project.

I can't imagine its too similar. I know of an 85 for $2000.

A working 4wd in any condition is worth $1000, plus this thing has a healthy V-8 with auto, topper+bedliner and some new parts, including a years worth of registration. This truck is right in line wiht blue book estimates.

I'm willing to entertain offers since som,e money is better than no money but this thing is definately not going for under $1000.

As a reply to your comment, the nada value for the lowest rating is $2225. I also paid the $20 to get the VIN# ran and the title is perfectly clear. NO claims or accidents against it and there are 34 different items on the vehicle. Its been registered in 5 states and the odometer matches up perfectly.

I know what you mean about how it has a ceiling on its worth, but I'm pricing it below nada, blue book and common sense. You can buy a truck with no floor and no fenders for $1200 or you can buy a great condition truck that should be worth way more for less than $1000 more. Not trying to fight with you, I'm just saying that your'e gonna get what you pay for...even in a truck 20 yrs old.
