Garmin fish finder transducer question

I am looking at Garmin fishfinders for my bow mount trolling motor and was wondering if the transducers that come standard with them can be mounted on the trolling motor. Anyone have any thoughts? I am also checking out Eagle 320 and 480 fish finders and was wondering the same thing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I went to Dick's and they guy in fishing had no clue whatsoever so I went to Gander and asked around and pretty much figured it out myself; came home with a new Garmin unit. So, mods you can delete/lock this.
