pinpoint 3700 trolling motor stuck down

I pulled the rope to pull out of the water and the rope broke. Did parts fly? I did. Retied rope still could not budge it so it is still down. Had to take Large thumb screw from end out to take trolling motor off unit. I pulled for 2 days on the thing still nothing. tried wd-40, prybar, still nothing I'm lifting the whole unit off the boat just about. How the heck do you get it to release? Nothing looks rusty or bent.

If I remember right, on the end of the bracket is the pins that have to move. Move them by hand and that should solve it...mebbe. it is the opposite end from where the motor sits when in the water.
